Restarting SQLEXPRESS with command prompt using batch file

Starting and stopping sql server express edition from command line is different from default instance.

Within a windows batch file:

NET STOP MSSQL$SQLEXPRESS
timeout 5
NET START MSSQL$SQLEXPRESS
